By using Iter, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English and cover how the service works, what we ask of you, and what you can expect from us.
1. About Iter
Iter is a tourist price intelligence app operated by Roamona LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Colorado, USA. Iter provides live exchange rate data, community-submitted rate information, and related travel tools.
By downloading, installing, or using Iter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Iter. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Community Submissions
Iter allows users to submit exchange rates, photos, and notes about currency exchange locations. By submitting content, you:
- Confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission
- Grant Roamona LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use your submission within the Iter app and service
- Understand that submissions may be visible to other users
- Agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent rate information
We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit intentionally false or misleading exchange rates
- Use Iter to harass, spam, or harm other users
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from Iter in bulk
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Iter without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Iter's systems or other users' accounts
- Use Iter in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate another person or entity
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
5. Financial Information Disclaimer
Iter provides exchange rate information for informational purposes only. This information:
- Is not financial advice
- May not reflect the exact rate you will receive at any specific exchange location
- May be delayed or inaccurate due to the community-sourced nature of submissions
- Should not be the sole basis for financial decisions
Always verify rates directly with the exchange bureau before completing a transaction. Roamona LLC is not responsible for any financial losses arising from reliance on information provided by Iter.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Iter offers optional paid subscription plans (Day Pass, Explorer, and Traveler). By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize Roamona LLC to charge your payment method for the selected plan
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full payment details
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
- Day Pass subscriptions expire 24 hours after purchase
- Explorer and Traveler subscriptions expire at the end of their respective periods
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property
The Iter app, its design, code, branding, and content created by Roamona LLC are owned by Roamona LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Iter name, logo, and "Roamona" name are trademarks of Roamona LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.
Community-submitted content (rate data, photos, notes) remains owned by the submitting user, subject to the license granted in Section 3.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Iter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Iter will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- Exchange rate data will be accurate, complete, or current
- Results obtained from using Iter will meet your expectations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamona LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Iter, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate information.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Iter will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Iter and delete your account at any time from app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use Iter ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Iter after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
